Our opinion on Ho Wood essential oil

Compared to Rosewood, Ho Wood has advantages and disadvantages. Among the advantages, the relative absence of cineole makes it less volatile, less pungent: the impression is softer. Among the disadvantages: a little too present, linalool lacks moderating molecules.

Precautions for use

Food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose (1 drop, once a day, maximum 35 mg).
Not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy.
No significant risk at physiological doses.
Risk of allergy (linalool): take care not to overdose in mixtures. An elbow test is recommended prior to any skin application (min 48 hours before use).
Avoid contact with the eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store away from heat and light.
